The Community Relations Commission For a multicultural NSW is hosting a number of intercultural and multifaith events during World Youth Day 2008. One of these events, the Did You Know? Exhibition, is being held between 15-17 July 2008 at the Australian Museum from 10am to 5pm. The Did You Know? Exhibition aims to promote cultural awareness and harmony through sharing the migration history of communities in Australia. It also brings together communities that may not be familiar with each other's history and traditions. This exhibition will showcase migration experience and history and be an opportunity for local residents and for young people visiting Sydney to learn more about the important role migrants have played in the economic and social development of Australia.
